R$4,500 reais per month (R$5,000 reais after 6 months) + USD bonuses

100% remote recruit directly for the U.S. market

Long-term contract + real career growth opportunities

Monday to Friday, 12h21h BRT (aligned with U.S. business hours)What Youll Do

Conduct proactive talent sourcing and candidate pre-qualification

Create engagement campaigns (emails, LinkedIn, etc.) to keep the pipeline active

Schedule interviews and support U.S. client recruiting teams with strategic alignments

Manage full recruitment pipeline : job postings, interviews, candidate follow-up

Keep ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and internal databases updatedWhat Were Looking For

2+ years of recruitment experience (agency or in-house)

Fluent English (C1 / C2) daily contact with U.S. clients

Strong organizational and communication skills

Experience with Microsoft Office, LinkedIn, job boards, and ATS systems

Resilient, charismatic, and motivated by resultsNice to Have

Experience infull-cycle recruitment(end-to-end pipeline)

Charismatic, dynamic, and eloquent profile

Previous exposure to U.S. recruiting marketTech Setup
