Empowering Businesses WorldwideRole Overview : A Data Analyst is required to extract insights from large volumes of complex data and help solve business problems.Key Responsibilities : Understand the Talent funnel and architect a Data solution from scratch, including defining KPIs and metrics.Work with stakeholders to understand reporting needs, identifying and querying data sources.Cleanse and massage data into the required shape, creating datasets, reports, and dashboards.Presentation and feedback gathering.Data deployment, report development, and dashboard maintenance.Requirements : At least 3 years of experience developing Business Intelligence dashboards and reports.Familiarity with top-of-the-line Data Analysis tools and administration skills.A solid understanding of relational data modeling concepts.Strong analytic skills and hands-on approach.Superior organizational skills and disciplined implementation approach.Experience with ETL using SSIS, Python, or similar technologies.Knowledge of SQL Server database architecture and / or creating tabular data models in SQL Server.Advanced English level.
