Senior Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET)Location : São Paulo| Hybrid(2 days onsite per week)Type : Permanent | Competitive salary + benefitsR$ 11,250 – R$ 14,000 / month grossWe are working with a global leader in entertainment, seeking a Senior Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) to strengthen their engineering capability in São Paulo.

This is a hands-on role where you will design, develop, and maintain test automation, while mentoring junior engineers and helping shape the quality culture of the team.The RoleDesign and implement test automation frameworks, tools, and scripts.Debug application issues, support developers in root cause analysis, and automate manual processes.Create and review detailed test plans and test cases.Contribute to product discussions and refine acceptance criteria with engineers, product owners, and QEs.Perform API testing using tools such as Postman and RESTAssured.Ensure testing coverage includes performance, security, and accessibility.Participate in CI / CD pipelines and Agile ceremonies.Provide mentorship to junior SDETs and support the onboarding of new hires.Collaborate on process improvements and participate in interview assessments.About YouProven experience as an SDET or QA Automation Engineer.Strong background in software testing, from requirements analysis through to execution and reporting.Skilled in Playwright (preferable) or Selenium for automation testingProficient in test management tools such as Jira and Xray.Experience designing test automation frameworks from scratch.Knowledge of non-functional testing (performance, security, accessibility).

Strong grasp of CI / CD concepts and Agile / Scrum methodology.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential.What's on OfferHybrid working model (2 days onsite in São Paulo).
