Sales Manager – Fertilizer Markets

Location : Brazil (São Paulo preferred, open to other regions)

Travel : Occasional, reimbursed

Compensation : Base aligned with experience

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Develop and maintain commercial relationships with clients, distributors, and market players across Brazil and LATAM
  • Serve as the local market intelligence lead — reporting trends, competitor moves, and regional activity
  • Represent the brand with customers, port operators, shipping agents, and distributors
  • Manage a member of the operations team and coordinate closely with finance and HQ
  • What You’ll Bring

  • 2–3 years’ experience in the fertilizer sector (urea, ammonium sulfate, phosphates)
  • Strong working knowledge of shipping terms, trade flows, and fertilizer distribution
  • Excellent relationship-building skills and a commercially focused mindset
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English; Spanish is an asset
