About the roleAs a Senior Solutions Architect - Microservices & MSBIyou will make an impact You will be a valued member of the team and work collaboratively with Multicultural teams.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in Microservices Spring Boot Java and MSBI / SSIS Admin.

A background in R&D Preclinical and Clinical domains is a plus.In this role, you will : Design and implement scalable, high-performance microservices architecture using Spring Boot and Java.Administer and optimize MSBI / SSIS environments to support data integration and reporting needs.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions in R&D, Preclinical, and Clinical domains.Lead architectural reviews, provide technical guidance, and ensure adherence to best practices.Participate in requirement analysis, system design, and solution prototyping.Drive continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to architectural strategy.Ensure system reliability, security, and performance in a hybrid work environment.Support project delivery during day shifts, ensuring alignment with business goals.Work model : HybridWe believe hybrid work is the way forward as we strive to provide flexibility wherever possible.

Based on this role's business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 1 or 2 days a week in a client or Cognizant office in Sao Paulo, SP.

Rest assured; we will always be clear about role expectations.What you need to have to be consideredBachelor's degreeAdvanced EnglishSolid Background on software architecture and enterprise-level solution design.Strong expertise in : o Java and Spring Boot for microservices development.o MSBI / SSIS Administration for data integration and ETL processes.Proven experience in designing and deploying scalable, distributed systems.Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.These will help you stand outDomain knowledge in R&D, Preclinical, or Clinical systems.Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP).

Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
