ROLE SUMMARY
The Head of Marketing & Product Strategy Brazil is a key leadership role responsible for ADAMA’s market positioning in the region. Acting as a strategic partner, the role ensures competitiveness and long-term sustainability by anticipating customer needs, shaping future solutions and developing offers that deliver value to both customers and the company.
This position leads portfolio strategy, the development and execution of go-to-market (GTM) initiatives and pricing excellence to ensure commercial effectiveness, while supporting the sales team in driving profitable growth. It requires deep expertise in agribusiness and crop protection, along with the ability to translate global guidelines into effective regional strategies.
The role demands strong leadership and the ability to collaborate across a matrixed organization. The leader will manage a diverse team, foster high performance and innovation and build strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to position ADAMA as a trusted and forward-looking player in agribusiness.

Define and execute portfolio strategy in line with global guidelines and Value Innovation.Manage product positioning, pricing, and product life cycle (PLC) to ensure sustained competitiveness.Lead the development and execution of go-to-market (GTM) strategies, ensuring customer segmentation, pricing excellence, and commercial effectiveness.Business Growth & Planning
Deliver robust short, mid and long-term strategies, including a 5-Year Plan (5YP).Drive sustainable and profitable growth in market share and sales of strategic products.Anticipate future trends and build scenarios to mitigate risks and capture opportunities.Drive innovation in products, solutions, and GTM strategies to meet customer future needs.Lead ESG and sustainability strategies in alignment with global initiatives.Scout market opportunities and establish third-party collaborations in formulations and AI deals.Leadership & People Development
Influence, facilitate and strengthen the relationship between Marketing and Sales leaders to ensure the synergy and alignment for business growth.Lead, mentor and retain a high-performing leadership team.Provide professional development and performance feedback to drive engagement and capability building.Foster a collaborative and customer-centric culture.Stakeholder Management
Act as strong interface with global leadership, ensuring smooth communication and implementation of strategies.Engage with distributors, cooperatives, farmers, advisors, researchers, and industry associations to build market presence and gather insights.Represent ADAMA in key agribusiness forums and events.THE FOLLOWING EXPERIENCES ARE REQUIRED
Extensive knowledge and experience in Brazilian Agri Market (distributors, cooperatives, farmers, advisors, researchers and competitors).Solid experience leading Marketing and Sales teams.Knowledge and experience with go-to-market strategy, customer segmentation, pricing and commercial conditions.Experience in portfolio positioning and product life cycle management, delivering strategy to value capture and market share growth.Knowledge in financial tools, business analysis and future scenarios.Ability to build short, medium and long-term scenarios with a strategic vision.EDUCATION :
Degree in Agronomy or another field, in which case extensive experience in agribusiness is required.Advanced education or specialization in Strategy and Leadership.Must have fluency in English, written and verbal.PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES
