Your responsibilities will include :

• Supporting the implementation of the Medallia solution;
• Training and guiding clients in the use of Medallia services;
• Configuring and optimizing surveys, dashboards, and automated workflows;

Conducting tests to ensure the quality and performance of all deliverables.
