If you are a motivated, strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply.Requirements : Proven experience leading multiple projects in Agile environments.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different audiences.Strong knowledge of software development lifecycles, including Scrum and Kanban.Familiarity with project management tools like Jira, MS SharePoint, Webex, and MS Office & Project.Experience working with offshore teams and distributed project teams.Proficiency in programming languages such as Flutter, React, or similar technologies.Ability to write clean code and pass sonar quality gates.Advanced English language proficiency.Proven experience dealing with challenging team members and personnel issues.Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to present project updates to small or large groups.A degree in Computer Sciences or a related field is desired but not required.
