Location and Flexibility

This is a hybrid role. This model requires the ability to work in a hybrid mode from one of our offices in São Paulo (2 times / week or 8 days / month) or Porto Alegre (3 times / week or 12 days / month). Our office culture is designed to foster in-person innovation, collaboration, and connection with team members local and visiting from other global offices.

The Opportunity

As a Principal Product Architect, you’ll play a central role in defining and delivering world-class products. The Product Architect uncovers the “why” and works closely with engineering teams to successfully bring our partner’s visions to life. You’ll follow products through implementation, managing requirements, and working with design, development teams, and clients to keep development aligned with product goals.

Responsibilities

• Attend client meetings; lead discovery process; gain knowledge of our clients' businesses; lead client presentations
• Work with client and project teams to define feature sets and feature prioritization for applications that align with client strategy
• Deliver well-written user stories and functional requirements
• Collaborate with visual design team to lead a user experience design process and to document functional specifications
• Lead the definition and documentation of high-level business requirements
• Be the owner of the complete solution; define what "should be"; share that vision with internal and external teams
• Work with design and development teams to create solutions that are in line with time and budget constraints
