• Offer Portfolio steering
• Balance all the actions required by the Region and prioritize in order to maximize the territory value contribution
• Ensure the portfolio steering of all offers (product & Service)
• On existing offers, perform appropriate profitability analyses and make corrective / optimization recommendations to support short- and mid-term economic performance according to the Region guidelines
• Challenge the business cases for current and future offers and make optimization recommendations based on territory diagnosis
• Managerial performance and other expected achievements
• Monitor the overall Territory Marketing resources and budgets.
• Influence, inspire and collaborate with Marketing counterparts by providing regular competitive benchmarking, customer feedback to ensure alignment and knowledge sharing
• Clarify missions, expectations and goals of the team; provide ongoing feedback, address shortcomings, balance the workload and priorities of each individual.
• Liaise with the marketing organizations of newly acquired entities in the Territory and facilitate their integration.
• Empower the teams by delegating authority when appropriate, holding them accountable for their decision making.
