Job Responsibilities : Business Partner Support : Deeply understand the strategic goals and operational needs of the departments in charge, provide customized human resource solutions, and drive the achievement of organizational goals.Talent Management and Recruitment Coordination : Assist business departments in formulating talent plans, lead recruitment for key positions, coordinate recruitment teams to complete talent acquisition, and enhance recruitment efficiency and quality.Performance Management : Implement the performance management system, organize the performance appraisal process, provide performance feedback and improvement recommendations, and promote the application of performance results.Employee Relations Management : Manage the entire process of employee onboarding, regularization, transfers, and resignation, prevent and resolve labor issues, and maintain positive employee relations.Organizational Development and Talent Development : Identify bottlenecks in organizational development and optimize organizational structure; design and implement talent training programs, such as high-potential talent development and tier construction.Corporate Culture Implementation : Foster the dissemination and practice of corporate culture within the business team, organize employee activities, and enhance team cohesion and employee satisfaction.Data Analysis and Decision Support : Regularly produce human resource data analysis reports (e.g., turnover rate, workforce efficiency, utilization rate, etc.) to provide decision-making support for management.
