BD(recruited Agencies & hosts)

We're hiring BD roles. Ideal candidates have strong communication skills, a sense of responsibility, love using social apps (like TikTok & Instagram & Facebook, with followers a plus), and have one experience in HR 、sales、administration or talent management.

Not limited to Nigeria and Kenya, remote work

Recruitment and Management :

1.Independently recruit and manage agencies，hosts,and coin-dealers .

2.Resource Acquisition : Engage with and recruit high-value resources, and ensure their maintenance.

3.Strategy Development : Formulate and execute recruitment strategies, with accountability for results.

4.Daily Operations : Perform other daily operational tasks as required.

Requirements

Excellent communication skills, able to make friends with users.

Sales-oriented mindset with patience.

Enjoy using voice social apps, familiar with various features and gameplay.

Reliable and loyal, with integrity and goal-oriented.

At least one year of experience in app operation work
