Employee Benefits Manager - Latin AmericaThe Senior Benefits Manager – Latin America will lead the development and management of employee benefits programs across the Latin American region.
This role ensures that our benefits offerings are competitive, scalable, compliant, and aligned with our mission to attract and retain top talent.You'll serve as a trusted regional expert, partnering closely with local HR Finance Legal Operations teams, to create an exceptional experience for employees in the region.About this role : Led the design and implementation of employee benefits strategies that align with company goals.Maintained compliance with regulatory requirements across the region.Developed and managed relationships with external partners and vendors to enhance benefits offerings.Conducted needs assessments and gap analyses to identify opportunities for improvement.Implemented cost-saving initiatives while maintaining or improving benefits quality.Key qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in employee benefits management.Proven track record of developing and implementing successful employee benefits strategies.Strong understanding of local labor laws and regulations.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.What we offer : A competitive salary package.A comprehensive benefits program.Ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
