David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading B2B solution provider who are looking to recruit a HR Manager for their Gaming studios in Brazil.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Act as the sole HR representative in Brazil, with plans to build and lead a local HR team
- Manage day-to-day HR operations and ensure compliance with local labor laws and industry best practices
- Oversee the full employee lifecycle including onboarding, performance evaluations, promotions, transfers, and offboarding
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company goals and values
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR databases are up to date
- Guide and help set up payroll processes in collaboration with internal and external teams
- Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture
- Handle complex employee relations matters and internal investigations
- Analyze HR metrics, generate reports, and recommend data-driven improvements
- Provide compensation analysis and prepare relevant business cases
- Manage and maintain accuracy of the HR information system
- Ensure smooth communication between HR, Operations, and other departments.
REQUIREMENTS :
Fluent in both Portuguese and English, both written and verbalBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldMinimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, including 5 years in a leadership roleProven experience in developing and implementing HR strategiesStrong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices in BrazilExcellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentHR certification such as SHRM-SCP or SPHR is considered an asset.BENEFITS :
