What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Host and deliver administrative training for senior marketing directors and their agents
Manage case inventory with a focus on customer service and improving metrics
Communicate with senior marketing directors to facilitate case progress
Serve as a liaison for service, sales, marketing, and operations department issues
Participate in weekly calls to review results and define areas for improvement
What is Required (Qualifications)
Two years of experience in life insurance carrier new business processing and / or account management
Experience in the financial services industry
Life insurance license (or obtain within six months of hire)
Exceptional customer service focus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
College degree
Progress toward FLMI designation
Extensive knowledge of company products and industry forms
Experience in new business functions
