What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) :
Manage a team of Partner Account Managers to drive sales growth in the Southeast Region
Develop and implement strategies to maximize sell-through of products within the channel
Serve as the main point of contact for existing partners and foster strong business relationships
Conduct contract negotiations and define partner sales plans to achieve revenue goals
Collaborate with the marketing team to promote products through programs and events
What is Required (Qualifications) :
Proven sales management experience
Demonstrated experience in developing Reseller and Distributor Channels
Strong ability to assess, plan, and manage a territory for maximum revenue
Excellent time management, communication, and negotiation skills
Competitive attitude and a strong work ethic with a passion for new technologies
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) :
Experience in the data storage or technology industry
Background in managing sales teams or channels in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with sales best practices and training methodologies
