Business Development Executive
About the role.
We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Representative in Brazil to develop new business opportunities, manage the sales cycle, and build long-term client relationships.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in technology or recruitment / BPO services, with a strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field and familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot or Pipedrive and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
