ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Senior person to support logistics operations, with the main focus being monitoring best practices in leadership and management of the agencies responsible for recruitment.

This role will be based in our office in Guarulhos

Position Summary

Estamos procurando uma pessoa plena para suportar as operações logísticas, com foco principal em garantir um bom processo de recrutamento com as agências e uma boa experiência do candidato até o final do onboarding.

Job Responsibilities

Gestão do Recrutamento e Seleção :

• Fazer a solicitação de vagas temporárias e acompanhar o funil de vagas operacionas junto com as agências de recrutamento.
• Preparar o ritual de onboarding e alinhamento com todos os times (EHS, L&D, Agências, Fretado, Refeitório e Loss Prevention).
• Acompanhamento da execução do onboarding semanalmente.
• Acompanhar a experiência dos novatos no primeiro mês. (1 vez por semana precisa acompanhar o terceiro turno até meia-noite)
• Acompanhar o processo de seleção das agências e desenvolver melhorias.
