Responsibilities

Oversee the Global Technical Advancement team, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities

Develop and execute strategies to secure projects across diverse funders

Cultivate partnerships with funders, government entities, and stakeholders

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance market strategies and business growth

Lead and manage a diverse team of technical experts, ensuring effective project coverage

Qualifications

Relevant bachelor's degree or its international equivalent in a related field

Minimum of 15 years related experience in managing nonprofit programs and technical delivery in international development settings

At least 8 years of leadership and management experience with operational oversight of multiple departments

Strong project management, business development, and personnel management skills

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities

Preferred Qualifications

Master's degree or its international equivalent in a related field

Relevant certifications underscoring dedication to excellence in nonprofit international development
