As a Junior ServiceNow Developer, you will be a key member of the ServiceNow Platform Management team, supporting the development, configuration, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform.

Your role will involve working closely with senior developers, administrators, and business stakeholders to enhance and optimize the platform to meet business needs.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in the development, configuration, and customization of ServiceNow applications, including S2P, BCM, HRSD, and other modules as requiredSupport the implementation of workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and other configuration elementsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements and translate them into technical solutions within ServiceNowParticipate in troubleshooting and debugging to resolve platform issues and ensure optimal performanceDevelop and maintain technical documentation, including system design, workflows, and user guidesAssist in the integration of ServiceNow with third-party applications and external systemsStay up to date with ServiceNow best practices, new features, and platform upgradesWork under the guidance of senior developers and architects to enhance platform functionality and efficiencyEnsure compliance with security and governance policies in all ServiceNow development activitiesParticipate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes.Preferred EducationBachelor's DegreeRequired Technical And Professional ExpertiseBachelor's Degree in Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)Good understanding of ServiceNow development, including scripting (JavaScript), UI customization, and workflow automationFamiliarity with ServiceNow Platform Management concepts and ITIL frameworkStrong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detailAbility to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environmentExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal in EnglishWillingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and business requirements.Preferred Technical And Professional ExperienceBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
