Further information is available at Summary : The Compliance Manager – Brazil is responsible for supporting the development and execution of the compliance program under the Brazilian license, ensuring alignment with local regulatory requirements and the company's global compliance standards.

This role is key to ensuring regulatory adherence while enabling business growth and operational efficiency.The Compliance Manager will support regulatory engagement, help implement compliance policies and procedures, and ensure that day-to-day operations reflect strong compliance practices.

This includes performing risk assessments, coordinating internal reviews, supporting regulatory examinations, and working closely with regional stakeholders to ensure the compliance program is effective, risk-based, and business-aligned.Key Responsibilities : 1.

Regional Compliance ExecutionSupport the execution of the compliance program for Brazil and other markets under the Brazilian license.Assist in maintaining effective relationships with local regulators, including supporting the preparation of regulatory submissions and inspections.Coordinate the implementation of compliance policies, procedures, and controls in line with local regulations and global compliance frameworks.Conduct or support compliance risk assessments and monitoring activities.Maintain appropriate documentation and support internal and external audits or reviews.2.
