Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.Your Role And ResponsibilitiesResponsible for processing analytical operations support services for various areas of the client.
Aim to achieve the agreed-upon business objectives in all related tasks.
Ensure the delivery of high-quality service focused on the quality parameters defined by our client, aiming for end-customer satisfaction.
Propose and implement changes to procedures and controls.
Implement the requested services with quality and ensure the best delivery within the agreed-upon timeframe regarding the processes associated with their responsibilities and the overall team objectives.
Availability to work flexible hours (until 11 PM) and a weekly shift schedule that includes weekends.Preferred EducationAssociate's Degree / College DiplomaRequired Technical And Professional ExpertiseAnalytical skills, paying attention to details and patterns, and demonstrating logical and observant reasoning to identify areas for improvement and development.
Good written and spoken communication skills for client interaction.
