As a senior recruitment consultant, you will be responsible for owning and nurturing client relationships, leading end-to-end recruitment projects, driving new business opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.Own and nurture client relationships primarily with US-based clients focusing on recruitment projects in the Americas region.Lead end-to-end recruitment projects sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating placements of top talent.Drive new business opportunities by collaborating with the sales team pitching tailored recruitment solutions and expanding market presence.Collaborate with LATAM recruitment teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction across regions.You will provide strategic advice to clients on talent market trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment best practices.
To succeed in this role, you should have : Required Skills and Qualifications4+ years of recruitment or consulting experience ideally in an agency setting.Strong business development skills with a proven track record in client management.Deep knowledge of the LATAM talent landscape, labor laws, and cultural nuances.Fluent in both English and Portuguese written and spoken.A self-starter mindset comfortable working independently with autonomy and delivering results.
