Descrição da vaga2+ years of recruitment experience (agency or in-house) Fluent English (C1 / C2) – daily contact with U.S. clients Strong organizational and communication skills Experience with Microsoft Office, LinkedIn, job boards, and ATS systems Resilient, charismatic, and motivated by results Experience in full-cycle recruitment (end-to-end pipeline) Charismatic, dynamic, and eloquent profile Previous exposure to U.S. recruiting market 2 monitors | i7 or equivalent | 12GB RAM+ High-speed internet | Headset with mic | Quiet office

What We Offer
💰 R$4,500 / month (R$5,000 after 6 months) + USD bonuses
🌐 100% remote – recruit directly for the U.S. market
📈 Long-term contract + real career growth opportunities
🕒 Monday to Friday, 12h–21h BRT (aligned with U.S. business hours)
What You’ll Do
- Conduct proactive talent sourcing and candidate pre-qualification
- Create engagement campaigns (emails, LinkedIn, etc.) to keep the pipeline active
- Schedule interviews and support U.S. client recruiting teams with strategic alignments
- Manage full recruitment pipeline : job postings, interviews, candidate follow-up
- Keep ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and internal databases updated
