[P] Core Experience Engineer - Team Lead

About the Role

We are looking for a Core Experience Engineering Lead to guide a small, high-impact engineering team at TestBox. You will act as both a technical leader and hands-on contributor, ensuring our core systems are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with company goals. This role combines team leadership, architectural ownership, and cross-functional collaboration with Product and Design.

In the first 3-6 months, success means :

• Building trust and rapport with your team through effective 1 : 1s and mentorship
• Taking ownership of core systems and contributing directly to feature delivery
• Raising the bar on code quality, architecture, and engineering practices
• Partnering with leadership to scope and prioritize impactful initiatives
