We are seeking a Paid Search Media Specialist in São Paulo who excels at managing Google Ads accounts.
This individual should have extensive experience with pay-per-click advertising and machine learning capabilities, embracing the evolving Google environment.Our ideal candidate is comfortable developing innovative testing strategies for accounts, implementing monitoring systems, reporting results, and taking subsequent actions based on data-driven insights.
This role involves hands-on account management, including bid optimization, detailed reporting, audience research, and budget allocation.3+ years of experience managing SEM accounts.Proven track record focusing on Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), and / or new customer goals.Expert-level knowledge of conversion tracking, tracking templates, and URL parameters.Managed at least 3 e-commerce clients, overseeing monthly spends exceeding $50,000.In addition, successful candidates will possess : Experience with Google Analytics and Analytics Certification.Proficiency using Draft & Experiments for testing.Advanced understanding of Search & DSA campaign setup.Hands-on experience with scripts, rules & data layers.The successful applicant will demonstrate a deep understanding of Conversion Rate Optimization best practices and be able to articulate strategy confidently.
They should also be fluent in English and hold a college degree.
