David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading financial services company who are looking to recruit a Portuguese speaking Business Development Manager Brazil.

Position :  Business Development Manager (Brazil)

Location : Remote within Brazil

Employment type : Full-time

Remuneration : base salary

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Develop and execute localized business development strategies aligned with broader regional objectives.
  • Identify growth opportunities and adapt the company’s value proposition to meet partner needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Compliance, Marketing) to design and launch targeted campaigns and promotional initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
  • Implement acquisition, onboarding, activation, and retention strategies tailored to partners, including referral programs and training initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate and organized CRM records and prepare weekly performance reports.
  • Provide regular updates on results, risks, and forecasts to regional leadership.

REQUIREMENTS :

  • Native or fluent in Portuguese (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication. As well as proficiency in English (B2).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales, preferably within digital finance, technology, or similar industries.
  • Proven experience managing partner networks, affiliates, or commercial relationships in emerging markets.
  • Strong analytical skills with a metrics-driven, process-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
