Our company, a leading parent organization that owns and operates 340+ franchise locations across North America, is seeking a new Account Manager.
This position will serve as the primary account contact on insurance and non-insurance accounts, focusing on transactional activities and problem-solving.
The Account Manager will work with the Marketing and Operations Departments to ensure the successful implementation and ongoing management and maintenance of these accounts.PositionPosition : Account ManagerReports to : Strategic Accounts TeamLocation : Fully RemoteSalary Range : $65K - $85K annuallyResponsibilitiesResponsible for all technical activities within the assigned accounts.Function as the primary contact with the client's program coordinator and other key personnelOversee and institute dispute resolution procedures necessary to meet the service and quality requirements on assigned accountsAnalyze and appraise the effectiveness of operating procedures and processes of the accounts assignedUpdate and communicate on an ongoing basis with internal and external clients on program specifics.Provide support to the Vice President of Strategic Accounts as it relates to the management of new and existing accounts with insurance and non-insurance partners.Participate on sales and marketing calls as necessary to ensure a smooth transition of accountsDeliver presentations to PDR Owners School, district meetings, the PDR annual convention and the Strategic Marketing Committee as requestedAnalyze and recommend programs and procedures that are in the best interest of all partiesOther duties as assignedCompetencies – Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesKnowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)Knowledge of marketing, sales, and operations within our companyKnowledge of cost analysis techniquesKnowledge of XactAnalysis, RMS, and other dispatch and reporting of claim transaction systemsCustomer service and communication skillsTyping and administrative skillsPriority Management skillsHigh organizational skillsPublic speaking skillsStress management and composureAbility to learn and operate our primary operating systems : RMS, Xactimate, PDConnect, Contractor Connection, ADP, SharePoint, and OneDriveAbility to create documentsAbility to answer and communicate with customers and staff over the phoneAbility to work office equipment (fax, scanner, printer, phone system, computers)Ability to work independently and make decisionsMaintain a level of confidentialityAbility to maintain a satisfactory background checkAbility to follow our Paul Davis Values, Vision, Mission, and 10 Serving BasicsEducation and ExperienceHigh School Diploma or GED requiredBachelor's Degree or equivalent field experienceExperience and knowledge of the systems used in dispatch and reporting claim transactionsPreferred Education and ExperienceRestoration and or insurance carrier / industry experienceCertification(s) in Claims HandlingTravelThis position may require up to 33% travel.
