Position Open to applicants in LATAM only.

  • Responsibilities
  • Create leads of sales opportunities for leading companies in the field of technology.
  • Conduct phone calls to potential customers to identify business opportunities and gather key information.
  • Meet weekly metrics in phone calling, revenue, and quality.

Parameters to be considered : call effectiveness, information gathering whilst documenting it, and product / solution knowledge.

  • Generate data intelligence from all customers contacted, including those that did not qualify as opportunities.
  • Manage objections effectively and provide solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Identify decision makers, provide information on products / services to ultimately make appointments, as part of our demand generation services.
  • Follow-up with the prospects to ensure the closing of the sale.

  • Proven track record of achieving sales goals.
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills.
  • Proactive and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Detail oriented and being able to document information accurately.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills.
  • Resilient mindset to handle objections and rejection.
  • Ambitious professionals that don ´t stay in the status-quo.
  • Strong salesman attitude with a rock-solid hunter mindset.
  • Minimum Requirements
  • Advanced English level (at least 90%).
  • Completed university studies in Business Administration, Marketing, Technology, or related fields.
  • Minimum 3 years of proven outbound sales experience, preferably in a call center environment, or a combination of at least 2 years in outbound sales and maximum of 1 year in inbound sales.
  • Sales experience in the US Market (desirable).
