- Responsibilities
- Create leads of sales opportunities for leading companies in the field of technology.
- Conduct phone calls to potential customers to identify business opportunities and gather key information.
- Meet weekly metrics in phone calling, revenue, and quality.
Parameters to be considered : call effectiveness, information gathering whilst documenting it, and product / solution knowledge.
Generate data intelligence from all customers contacted, including those that did not qualify as opportunities.Manage objections effectively and provide solutions that meet customer needs.Identify decision makers, provide information on products / services to ultimately make appointments, as part of our demand generation services.Follow-up with the prospects to ensure the closing of the sale.SkillsProven track record of achieving sales goals.Excellent communication and active listening skills.Proactive and goal-oriented mindset.Detail oriented and being able to document information accurately.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively.Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills.Resilient mindset to handle objections and rejection.Ambitious professionals that don ´t stay in the status-quo.Strong salesman attitude with a rock-solid hunter mindset.Minimum RequirementsAdvanced English level (at least 90%).Completed university studies in Business Administration, Marketing, Technology, or related fields.Minimum 3 years of proven outbound sales experience, preferably in a call center environment, or a combination of at least 2 years in outbound sales and maximum of 1 year in inbound sales.Sales experience in the US Market (desirable).
