Job Responsibilities

• Strategy Formulation : Based on the characteristics of SMB and SAKA business structures, clarify strategies around different dimensions such as merchant basic information, review, and menus; identify key indicators, key initiatives, and implementation paths to ensure strategy feasibility.
• Strategy Implementation : Transform strategies into practical approaches suitable for frontline teams, rationally break down objectives, assign them to specific individuals and actions; coordinate resources to resolve key bottlenecks, ensuring strategies truly drive team members to achieve business goals. Coordinate and resolve cross-departmental collaboration and execution obstacles to ensure efficient implementation and a closed-loop process at each key stage.
• Strategy Evaluation and Iteration : Evaluate strategy effectiveness through data review and performance evaluation; propose adjustments to inefficient processes, forming a closed-loop strategy iteration system to continuously optimize city-level business.
• Resource and Tool Development : Develop SOPs for the entire business process. Create exclusive sales scripts, brand service reports, and case studies for chain merchants, forming replicable and efficient signing and closing strategies.
• Performance Scheme Development : Utilize data as a management tool to participate in the development of performance evaluation schemes for each module. Performance and incentives : Address sales momentum. Based on the goals at different stages, design new contract performance and incentive programs to stimulate sales momentum and drive efficient achievement of targets.
