Summary :

We are looking for a data-driven professional to support the operational planning area, ensuring the accuracy of performance indicators and the creation of dashboards that help management make better decisions. The role involves consolidating data from different teams, analyzing results, and presenting insights that contribute to warehouse efficiency.

Main Responsibilities :

• Maintain and update KPI dashboards in Excel, Google Sheets, and Power BI.
• Consolidate and validate operational data from multiple departments.
• Support workforce and volume forecast activities.
• Present performance reports, highlighting deviations and improvement points.
• Support process automation initiatives and efficiency projects.
