Merchant Performance Operations Lead

Job Title : About Merchant Performance OperationsAbout the Role : We are seeking a Product Operation Manager to lead our product operations related to merchant metrics.This role involves collecting and deeply understanding merchant needs and operational management requirements, refining them into business operation plans and product solutions.The successful candidate will produce comprehensive overall product planning and business operation planning for merchant indicator products.You will be responsible for clarifying operational objectives, defining various data indicators in operations, and collaborating with various teams to promote the launch of product solutions.Key Responsibilities : Responsible for product operations related to merchant metrics.Collections and deeply understand merchant needs and operational management requirements.Refine merchant and operational needs into business operation plans and product solutions.Produce comprehensive overall product planning and business operation planning for merchant indicator products.Based on data analysis, clarify operational objectives and define the setting of various data indicators in operations.Collaborate with various teams to promote the launch of product solutions.Requirements : We require at least three years of product operation experience.

You should be familiar with standard internal processes from product development, product operation, to product iteration.Familiarity with merchant-side operations of e-commerce platforms is also required.

Priority given to those with experience in the food delivery industry.A profound understanding of merchant operations is essential.Sensitivity to data and outstanding logical abilities are necessary.
