🔧 What You’ll Be Doing
🎉 Scenario & Hit Item Campaign Design
Plan and execute a wide range of dish- and scenario-focused promotions, from featured item pushes and limited-time discounts to combo deals and themed events like holidays, seasons, or football nights.
Own the daily promotional calendar and continuously innovate new campaign formats to sustain engagement and conversion.
🎯 Targeted Promotion Strategy
Develop differentiated strategies based on user segmentation, category dynamics, time slots, and geolocation data.
Optimize mechanics to increase order frequency, basket size, and GMV.
Test, learn, and iterate relentlessly to sharpen performance.
🤝 Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with Product, Algorithm, Category, and Content teams to ensure campaigns are fully integrated into traffic allocation, product pools, and recommendation systems.
Lead agile coordination during peak moments and major events to deliver flawless execution.
📊 Data Analytics & Optimization
Build dashboards to track ROI, conversion rates, retention, and campaign health in real time.
Run A/B tests and attribution analysis to continuously improve results.
Reallocate subsidies and promotional resources dynamically based on performance signals, business priorities, or external factors like weather or major sales days.

Stay on top of industry trends and emerging promotional mechanisms.
Pilot new ideas, scale winning models, and help evolve how Keeta connects users with great food.
✅ What We’re Looking For
💼 Experience
3+ years in dish promotion, campaign operations, or user growth within food delivery, restaurant platforms, or e-commerce.
Strong background in time-based promotions, themed events, and subsidy ROI analysis.
🧠 Technical Skills
Hands-on experience with SQL and analytics tools.
Deep understanding of A/B testing, attribution models, and performance optimization.
🤝 Collaboration & Delivery
Excellent cross-functional communication and project management skills.
Ability to coordinate multiple teams and move fast in high-impact environments.
