Solution Development & IntegrationDesign and implement innovative, scalable software solutions using STEP Standard APIs.Develop and maintain complex integrations that align with both technical requirements and business objectives.2.

Technical Consulting & Strategic GuidanceLeverage experience with STEP implementations and best practices to advise clients on optimal API usage.Translate technical capabilities into business value, ensuring alignment with customer goals and ROI.3.

Implementation & Delivery SupportSupport the execution of business-critical processes within STEP, ensuring deliverables meet quality, scope, and budget expectations.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery and measurable business outcomes.4.Project Refinement & CustomizationRefine project deliverables with a focus on custom extensions, business rules, and long-term maintainability.Bridge the gap between technical feasibility and business needs through thoughtful solution design.Qualifications : Industry Knowledge : Understanding of at least one core industry / domain.Methodologies : Familiarity with Waterfall and Agile project Implementations frameworks, templates, and good practices.Technical Skills : Strong Java and JavaScript programming skills.Experience with XML / XSLT, JSON, ReactJS, and GraphQL.RESTful and SOAP API design principlesAuthentication (OAuth 2.0, JWT, API keys)Messages queuesCommunication Skills : Ability to seek first to understand, then to be understood.Prepare for and pose insightful questions.Communicate confidently and efficiently, even in difficult situations.Adapt oral and written communication styles to the audience.Explain complex ideas concisely and keep all relevant parties informed.Listen earnestly and demonstrate attentiveness.Convince others who have a desire to reach an agreement.We offerAt Stibo System, we offer more than just a job.
