Responsibilities
Utilize expertise to attract, assess, and hire top talent through effective recruitment strategies
Train and develop hiring managers on recruitment processes to achieve objectives
Develop creative, geographically specific recruitment strategies for healthcare positions
Partner with Operations and Human Resources to meet or exceed recruiting goals
Manage applicant database and coordinate reporting requirements as outlined by the Director of Talent Acquisition
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent related experience (4 years) in recruitment, human resources, or related field
Minimum of one (1) year of experience as a healthcare recruiter; three (3) years preferred
Willingness to travel in-state / out of state occasionally for training and job fairs
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Exceptional communication skills to ensure transparency and alignment within the team
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a fast-paced or crisis recruitment environment while maintaining composure
Proven success in partnering with HR Business Partners to achieve recruitment goals
Creativity in building relationships and community awareness, particularly in the Rochester area
Experience organizing and leading job fairs and community events
Ability to provide support to fellow Talent Acquisition Partners when needed
