In this role, you will collaborate closely with different teams to understand the technical and cultural needs of each project.
You will shape the talent sourcing strategy using LinkedIn and other platforms, directly impacting our ability to deliver outstanding results for our clients.
What You'll Do
Work with hiring teams to fully understand their needs and expectations for each role.
Classify and evaluate candidates based on test results and interview feedback.
Align candidate profiles with hiring managers and project stakeholders.
Define and manage our talent sourcing strategy, focusing on LinkedIn and other sourcing tools.
What We Are Looking For
5+ years of experience in IT recruiting.
1+ years of experience managing teams.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
Strong headhunting skills within the IT industry.
Advanced English proficiency.
