A fast-growing international energy solutions provider is hiring Sales Managers to lead regional market development and commercial execution for its advanced gas turbine and power generation technologies.
About the Company
Our client specialize in intelligent, integrated power systems — including containerized and custom power units (≤50 MW), mobile gas turbine sets, and energy storage-enabled microgrids. Their solutions are deployed globally in partnership with leading OEMs.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop commercial opportunities with end-users (power plants, industrial sites, oil & gas).Lead tenders, negotiations, and customer relationships from initial contact to project handover.Build and execute territory sales plans; manage pipeline and forecasting.Conduct market research and produce actionable insights.Represent the company at trade shows and industry events.Coordinate with technical and delivery teams to ensure successful project execution.Ideal Candidate Profile
Degree in Engineering (Power / Electrical / Mechanical or related).Mandatory experience in power sector sales, especially gas-fired or distributed power.Familiarity with grid-connection procedures and working with utilities.Strong negotiation and project management skills.Fluent English; additional language skills are a plus.Preferred : Experience with leading OEMs.What’s Offered
