Enhance Enterprise Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) with scalable solutions to drive business outcomes.As a skilled PLM Solution Specialist, you will lead cross-functional collaboration and deliver strategic objectives in PTC Windchill and Dassault Systèmes 3DExperience.Configure and customize Windchill and / or 3DX to meet business requirements.Build, update, and manage product data structures to support efficient design teams.Set up change management processes and automate approval workflows.Integrate Windchill with enterprise applications.Leadership and CollaborationLead business resources in designing effective enterprise processes.Facilitate workshops and sessions to gather requirements or resolve complex issues.Provide PLM application expertise to stakeholders for roadmap planning.Stakeholder & Relationship ManagementAct as a trusted advisor with strong customer interfacing skills.Build relationships across business units, vendors, and technical teams.Qualifications & Skills5+ years of experience in PLM products, including at least 3 years in PTC Windchill.6+ years of system analysis and design experience.Full SDLC and project management methodologies experience.Functional expertise in PLM applications and domain knowledge is beneficial.
