ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Senior Lead Analyst in the Pricing & Conversion team at Happy Money, you will be responsible for developing, analyzing, and optimizing our application conversion and pricing strategy.

Sitting within the Risk and Analytics team, you will own analytics and strategy changes, periodic reporting, and initiatives that enhance our funnel conversion and optimize leads.

You will work cross-functionally with Credit Operations, Product, and Engineering to drive proactive, data-driven strategies that support responsible growth for Happy Money and our lending partners.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Conversion :

Optimize our conversion rate by continuously streamlining our origination process and improving user experience.

Lead efforts to improve automation opportunities while balancing risk and customer experience.

Manage and optimize existing strategies effectively by designing A / B tests to understand the right risk-return balance.

Identify and evaluate new vendors / data sources and create business cases and present them to senior management.

Conduct ad-hoc analysis related to risk management, product, and operations.

Pricing :

Develop and implement credit strategies leveraging data, machine learning models and advanced analytics tools to mitigate losses and maintain excellent customer experience.

Continue to innovate by testing new data, analytical approaches and models.

Monitor and analyze portfolio performance at a granular segment level on an ongoing basis.

Identify trends and conduct root-cause analysis to isolate key performance drivers.

Communicate findings and recommendations to the Risk Management and broader Happy Money community in a clear and concise manner.

ABOUT YOU

5+ years of experience managing credit risk strategies.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering or Economics.

Strong proficiency with Python & SQL and the ability to analyze large, complex datasets and derive actionable insights.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills coupled with deep experience working in Originations strategies and / or processes.

Experience with credit orchestration and decisioning tools (e.g., Oscilar, LoanPro, Strata, Zoot, ACAPS) preferred.

Base Salary Range

$165,000-$180,000 USD
