Job Conditions -
Position : Service Desk — Technical Support & Assistance
Languages required : Native / bilingual German fluency and English Professional Fluency
Start date : 20 October 2025
Contract : PJ (Pessoa Jurídica)
Workload : 40 hours per week (MAX 8 HOURS PER DAY)
Work Hours(MAX 8 HRS PER DAY) : Official CET hours but flexibility of choice of Shift with extra-hours payment for off-business hours applicable. (Business Hours are considered from 6am to 6pm)
Compensation : Minimum R$5,500 / month (negotiable) + 500 extra for transport during training phase
Type of Work : Hybrid (mix of Work from Home and On-Site)- First 3 months fully in-person training on-site.
