Job Summary : We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Finance Manager to oversee BIWIN Storage's financial operations. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting knowledge and financial analysis skills to support business decision-making and ensure financial stability. This role is critical for maintaining financial health, optimizing resources, and supporting the company's growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

Financial Planning :

Develop and manage annual budgets and forecasts

Create financial models to support business decisions and strategic initiatives

Financial Analysis :

Perform profitability analysis by product line and business segment

Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through detailed financial analysis

Accounting Oversight :

Ensure accuracy of financial records and compliance with accounting principles

Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes

Cash Flow Management :

Monitor and optimize cash flow to ensure operational liquidity

Manage banking relationships and financing arrangements

Financial Reporting :

Prepare comprehensive financial reports for management and stakeholders

Develop KPI dashboards to track financial performance

Cost Control :

Implement cost control measures and efficiency initiatives

Review departmental expenditures and provide recommendations for optimization

Compliance :

Ensure adherence to financial regulations and tax requirements

Coordinate with external auditors for annual financial audits

Risk Management :

Identify financial risks and develop mitigation strategies

Manage internal controls to safeguard company assets

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred

5+ years of experience in financial management roles

Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles

Experience with ERP systems and financial software

Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in financial modeling
