The Position :
The Training and Development Analyst - SR is responsible for executing actions, strategies, and practices that contribute to both the appreciation and development of employees.
This role views employees as business partners rather than resources to be exploited, leveraging their potential in favor of the company's success.
Main Activities and Responsibilities :
- Map job and team competencies to identify the most effective training and development initiatives
- Support the development and implementation of performance evaluation systems and compensation structures
- Conduct performance and competency evaluations, delivering feedback to foster an open and communicative environment
- Promote technical training and personal development initiatives
- Organize and promote employee integration events
- Develop strategies to enhance satisfaction, reward performance and results, and boost team engagement and motivation
- Implement actions focused on employee well-being and continuous improvement
- Monitor training effectiveness through performance indicators and reporting
- Diagnose individual and team development needs and design appropriate training interventions
- Participate in exit interviews and analyze feedback to identify improvement opportunities
Function-Specific Knowledge :
Advanced English is mandatory; Spanish is a plusProficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Familiarity with behavioral analysis tools (DISC, MBTI)Education and Minimum Requirements :
