Team Lead

Role DescriptionThis is a part-time hybrid role for a Team Lead located in Rio de Janeiro, RJ, with some work from home acceptable.

The Team Lead will oversee daily operations, coordinate team activities, ensure project milestones are met, and provide mentorship and support to team members.

The Team Lead will also manage communication between team members and stakeholders to ensure clarity and complete understanding of goals and expectations.QualificationsLeadership and team management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsOrganizational and project management skillsProblem-solving and decision-making abilitiesProficiency in relevant software and toolsExperience in a supervisory or managerial roleAbility to work both independently and collaborativelyFamiliarity with hybrid work environmentsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field is preferred
