Role DescriptionThis is a part-time on-site role for a Team Lead.

The position is located in Rio de Janeiro, RJ.

The Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing team performance, coordinating projects, and ensuring that team members adhere to company policies.

The role involves setting goals, monitoring progress, providing feedback, and motivating team members to achieve targets and deliver high-quality results.
