What You'll Do :

• Own and nurture client relationships, primarily with US-based clients focusing on recruitment projects in the Americas region.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment projects : sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating placements of top talent.
• Drive new business opportunities by collaborating with the US sales team, pitching tailored recruitment solutions, and expanding our market presence.
• Collaborate with LATAM recruitment teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction across regions.
• Provide strategic advice to clients on talent market trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment best practices.
