Job Description

The Recruiting Manager is responsible for leading the full-cycle recruitment strategy to attract, hire, and retain top talent across the organization. This role oversees the recruitment team, partners closely with department leaders to understand hiring needs, and ensures a smooth, efficient, and positive candidate experience. The Recruiting Manager drives employer branding initiatives and continuously improves recruitment processes to support organizational growth.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5–8+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership / managerial role.
• Experience managing high-volume hiring or specialized technical recruitment (preferred).
