Senior Oracle Cloud Financial Support Specialist

Job Description : We are seeking an experienced professional to provide support and operate the accounts receivable and billing modules of Oracle ERP Cloud.

As a key member of our global team, you will be responsible for ensuring excellence in service delivery, compliance with regulatory standards, and adherence to IT best practices.Key Responsibilities : Support users during the monthly accounting close in regions such as LATAM, USA, and APACAct in the modules : Accounts Receivable, Customers, Invoicing and Payments, CollectionsResolve tickets within established deadlines (SLA), in partnership with suppliers and internal teamsConduct regression testing on quarterly updates to the Oracle SaaS environmentEnsure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain documentation aligned with IT best practicesRequirements : Functional experience in Oracle ERP Cloud : Receivables, Customers, Collections, and BillingKnowledge in capturing tax documents and integration with Syncro or EDICOMUnderstanding of Brazilian taxation applied to billing and accounts receivableExperience with Oracle localizations for Brazil (LACLS) and report generationProficiency in tools such as BIP, PL / SQL, Web Services (SOAP and REST), FBDI, ADFDiClear and objective communication skills in Portuguese and EnglishAbout the Role : This is a challenging opportunity to join our team and contribute to the success of our clients.
