You would be an integral part of building new voice applications and IVRs that our customers use every day.
This is a learning-focused role.
We don't expect you to have experience with every technology we use, nor prior experience building voice applications.
What we do expect is a strong ability to learn quickly, solve problems, and collaborate effectively.This position is CLT and Fully Remote in Brazil.

Professional English language communication skills are required.ResponsibilitiesVoice App DevelopmentWork with US-based product and business teams to understand requirements and diagram customer experiences with flow chartsCreate, test, deploy, and maintain IVRs and voice apps using Asterisk, Java, Azure Speech Services, Jenkins, and other software systems.Read API documentation and integrate the voice apps with new APIsWork with an existing SQL database to do CRUD operationsWork within the team to support testing and defect resolutionMonitoring / ReportingAssist in monitoring the production system by utilizing existing monitoring toolsCreate and run Splunk queries to identify and troubleshooting issuesWrite SQL SELECT queries to retrieve data needed for reportsSystems Admin and SupportAssist with Linux server and software patching and reboots, SSL certificate management / renewals, server health / performance monitoring and alerting, etc.You will occasionally (approximately once every 2 months) be asked to monitor our production systems overnight while InComm infrastructure or network teams perform changesYou will participate in an on-call rotation to ensure 24 / 7 support coverage.
You would be on-call approximately 1 week every 5 weeks.
