What you will doParticipate in pre-sales and post-sales meetings, understanding technical requirements;Create prototypes and Proof of Concepts (PoCs), integrating OnSign with external APIs or configuring players locally;Support the Sales team with technical documentation and presentations;Work closely with the Support team to solve complex scenarios;Explore new possible integrations and document best practices (guides, playbooks);Demonstrate the OnSign platform to clients and propose the most suitable use cases;Deliver training sessions for clients (mostly online).

RequirementsAnalytical and didactic skills to translate technical terms into accessible language;Ability to communicate effectively in English, both in writing and speaking, is mandatory;Knowledge of operating systems : Windows, macOS, Linux, Android;Experience with APIs (REST / GraphQL);Ability to write scripts or small integration prototypes (Python, or similar);Experience with remote support tools and troubleshooting;Fundamentals of computer networking, including firewall and proxy configurations;Strong autonomy and self-management;Excellent communication and training delivery skills;Passion for technology and curiosity to explore;Creativity to propose alternative solutions;Basic design sense for content (images, videos, tutorials).

On-site presence required at Trindade, Florianópolis.

Nice-to-haveSpanish as a third language;Experience in B2B SaaS companies;Knowledge of Digital Signage, AV, or Out-of-Home Media;Integration experience with corporate systems (PowerBI, CRM, dashboards);Background in technical support, pre-sales, or technical training.
