We are starting a strategic development project with Pega Systems and looking for a Senior Software Engineer to design and deliver scalable, secure, and impactful solutions.What you'll do : Design, develop, and implement applications on the Pega Platform (BPM, automation, workflows, decisioning).

Collaborate with Product, Architecture, and QA teams to ensure delivery quality and performance.Build modular, reusable, and scalable solutions following software engineering best practices.Apply design patterns and architecture principles to complex solutions.Leverage advanced knowledge in data structures (lists, queues, trees, graphs, hash tables), algorithms (search, sorting, recursion, backtracking, dynamic programming), and algorithm complexity (Big O notation).

Perform troubleshooting, performance optimization, and complex problem-solving.Mentor junior developers and share best practices in coding and system design.Contribute innovative ideas to enhance the project and future technology roadmap.Who you are : Senior-level software enginee r with strong back-end and front-end development expertise.Solid experience in Java, REST / SOAP APIs, SQL, and enterprise system integration.Advanced knowledge of programming logic, data structures, algorithms, and performance analysis.Pega Platform experience is desirable (CSA, CSSA, or LSA certifications are a plus).
